Refund Policy


We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we have made the returns so easy for you!

Nexfurniture guarantees return for free within 7 days after delivery if the products have quality problems.
Due to its own reasons, the customer must bear the refund processing fee and return logistics fee.

Return Conditions
Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

How To Return
1. Sign into your Nexfurniture
 account.
2. Find the order in My Orders, find the order number.
3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reasons, and submit a contact from.
4. After review your return application, we will send you a e-mail with return address.
5. Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office and return it.

Refunds
Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account .

Note:
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
